Inglis, Bruce D. of Bradenton, FL passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at home. Born on August 16, 1931, in Cleveland, OH, he was the son of William and Helen Kirkby Inglis. Bruce worked for Fisher-Price, Inc for over 40 years, holding various positions before retiring in 1994 as Vice President of US Manufacturing. His job took him from East Aurora, NY to Medina, NY, Great Britain, Holland, NY and Murray Kentucky. In recent years, Bruce had started painting and created many beautiful pictures. He enjoyed golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Bruce was predeceased by his wife, Eve C. Inglis. He is survived by his daughters, Kathy (Robert) Benton of East Amherst, NY and Lori (Michael) Sessa of Bradenton, FL; grandchildren Melanie (Michael) Gallagher, Zachary (Lyric) Sessa and Alyssa Benton. He also has two great-grandchildren, Rory Gallagher and Reverie Sessa. Friends may call on Monday, May 20th from 4:00-7:00 PM at LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 186 East Avenue, Lockport, NY, where funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Tidewell Hospice. Condolences may be offered to the family at Langefuneralhomeinc.com.
