It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Michael J. Renna who left peacefully to be with his Heavenly Father on July 10, 2023, following a courageous battle with prostate cancer. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. As we grieve, we take comfort in Mike’s freedom from all suffering, and the blessed assurance and hope of everlasting life in Christ Jesus – that Mike will forever dwell in the presence of his Lord and Savior.
Beloved husband of Carol (nee Schlager) Renna; devoted father of LCpl Sarah Renna and Rachel Renna; loving brother of Ida (the late Bill) Quade and Anthony (Sharon) Renna and brother-in-law of Louis (Mary) Schlager, Diane (Rakesh) Jain and Ann (Stephen) Walter. Mike is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many great friends.
Family and friends may call on Friday July 14, 2023, from 1-3 & 6-8 PM at LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 186 East Ave., Lockport, NY. A funeral service will be held Saturday July 15, 2023, at 10 AM in theWELLbuffalo, 995 Dodge Rd. Getzville, NY 14068. Interment, Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church. Condolences may be offered to the family at langefuneralhomeinc.com
