Q: What will you never forget about John? A: Mr. Misch was my first experience with a male teacher. But once we got over that fact, all went well. It was the year I got braces and was wearing rubber bands. Once I laughed in class and one of my bands popped off and flew and landed on his desk. What a surprised look on his face. He said something like " Trying to shot me, Roslin ?" Needless to say I was mortified but he made light of it. In reading his bio, I see he graduated from Capital University. I did as well. I would describe him from 5th grade memory (50 yrs ago) as a quiet, reserved man who taught a variety of subjects with confidence.

Keeping family in our prayers Mr Misch was always my best teacher. Never forgot him after all these yrs. I remember him stopping at our family farm produce stand and we had a great talk about both our passions of hinting and fishing. Rest in peace Mr Misch I'll never forget
