Obituary of Kim M. Rose

Kim M. Rose of Lockport, NY, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022, at home. Born on June 3, 1956, in Lockport, she was the daughter of the late Bartley and Janet (Dear) Horton. Kim was a former Bus Driver for Ridge Road Express. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, VFW Auxiliary Post 2535, was an Elvis Presley fan and enjoyed spending time with her family, Bingo, cards, camping and NASCAR racing.
Kim is survived by her husband, James T. Rose, Sr.; three children, James T. Rose, Jr., Jennifer M. Rose (Shaun Harris) and Amy (Kevin) Drake; one granddaughter, Racheal S. (Carlos) Martinez; four great-grandchildren, Angel, Alex, Armani and Shealynn; “third daughter”, Heather (Andrew) Dragon and dog, Meeko (meatloaf). Predeceased by her parents and siblings, Gerald and baby Bartley, Jr.
Friends may call on Thursday, Oct. 13th from 2-7 PM at LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC. 186 East Ave., Lockport followed by a service at 7 PM. Interment in Wrights Corners Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the VFW Post 2535, 112 Caledonia St., Lockport, NY 14094.
