Obituary of Richard L. Dobbins

Richard L. Dobbins of Lockport, NY passed away on Wednesday March 6, 2019 in Eastern Niagara Hospital. Born on October 29, 1938 in El Dorado, Kansas, he was the son of Virgil and Violet Dobbins. He serviced in the U.S. Air Force form 1956-1959 and was an Engineer retired from Delphi Thermal Systems in 1995. Dick cherished his grandchildren and enjoyed golfing and fishing.

Dick is survived by his wife, Anita Dobbins; son, Craig (Melissa) Dobbins; grandchildren, Joshua and Shannon Dobbins; sister, Lynda Wunsch and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11:00 AM at St. John the Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut St. Interment in Cold Springs Cemetery.
