Michael J. Helman passed away on Monday January 30, 2017 in Buffalo General Hospital. Born on July 14, 1945 in Alexandria, LA, he was the son of Alexander and Elizabeth Altman Helman. Michael was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. Husband of the late Joseph F. Szell, Jr.; father of Christopher D. (Diane) Szell; grandfather of 3 grandchildren; brother of Mary Fournet and uncle of several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private.
