Our hearts are sad but, also rejoicing in the passing of Aunt Edie. What a joy and inspiration she brought to all of us. she is definitely a special angel sitting in front of our lord where she is at peace. she is finally with her brothers and sisters and best of all with her dear alfie!! Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to all my cousins and especially you Uncle Clare. Love Karen and Harold Mr. Winter, Mrs. Johnson, Karen, Greg, Mark, Gary, Julie and all of your family, We are very sorry for your loss and send our deepest sympathies. I will always fondly remember going out to the farm with all of you. Getting to know the sweet, kind and gentle nature of Mrs. Winter was a pleasure. I feel blessed to have known her. Our prayers are with you all. Love, Ellen, Mike and Abbie Liszewski My deepest condolences to your entire family. I know I have been blessed with many fond memories of Aunt Edie. She was a beautiful woman and I am very happy to know that she was a part of my life and a part of my upbringing. May you be comforted with her ever lasting love and memories. Clare, I will be with you in Spirit Tuesday for the funeral of your beloved Edith. I will be saying a Mass for Edith here in the Vatican on Tuesday. I will always remember her gentle kindness to me and to all she met. Edith is a true example of a Christian woman, mother and wife. Her smile has always made me feel at home. I am a "great-niece" from Arizona (Arthur Rogers grand-daughter) and met Anut Edie and Uncle Clare at a family reunion years past. I feel so fortunate to have talked with her and had such a fun time. Her sense of humor and loving welcome spirit will be missed by us and welcomed home by our Lord. May God bless her family with fond happy memories and release from grief. Cheryl Potter Roe ;
