During a very successful and promising career with global chemical company FMC Corporation, Daryl answered the call to ministry and joined the pastoral team at The Chapel on May 5, 2005. His role began as Executive Pastor, and then developed into Co-Pastor for Mission Advancement. In his over 11 years at The Chapel, Daryl has been used in countless thousands of lives to demonstrate the glory of God and the mission of Jesus in the world, and has been a man of integrity as a husband, father, friend, and pastor. His reach has been local and global, and his vision for impacting the next generation and the nations of the world with the gospel of Christ led to his founding or creating a number of ministries. In lieu of flowers, Pastor Daryl has asked that you invest in kingdom-enriching ministries he founded or helped to create; namely, Renovation University (training the next generation of pastors and leaders), the Sierra Leone Alliance (a cohort of ministries holistically impacting education, healthcare, business, clean water, and orphans in that country), and Global Values (a business consulting platform that enables leaders to grow deeper, lead better, and reach higher while also providing a funding stream for global mission work). Checks can be made payable to "The Chapel" and should be denoted as "Daryl Largis Legacy gift." 100% of the funds donated in this manner will support these intiatives.
