Obituary of Beverly J. Metzinger-Dier

Beverly J. Metzinger-Dier Metzinger-Dier, Beverly J. of Lockport, NY, passed away on Saturday May 16, 2015 in ENH, Lockport. Born on April 12, 1944 in Waterloo, NY, she was the daughter of the late Earl S. and Doris Strayer Smith. She had worked at Lockport Presbyterian Home and lastly for Little Rascals Daycare. She was a resident of Briarwood Manor and thoroughly enjoyed participating in the activities there. Bev was the wife of David Dier; mother of Paul Metzinger and Brian (Kimberly) Metzinger; grandmother of Donald, Dustin, Spencer, Brandon and Haley Metzinger; sister of Richard (Colleen) Smith, Winifred Smith, Lorraine Smith, Late Wayne (Florence) Smith and late Virginia (Aaron) Crego and aunt of several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her former husband, Robert G. Metzinger. Friends may call on Tuesday 5:00 – 7:00 PM at LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 186 East Ave., Lockport.
