Obituary of William Dale Wilson

William Dale Wilson Wilson, William Dale of Lockport, NY passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday January 28, 2015 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born on August 23, 1944 in Lockport, he was the son of William F. and Mabel L. Eaton Wilson. Dale married Martha Baumann on October 28, 1967 and was retired from Harrison Radiator after 30 years. He was a member of the Western New York Two Cylinder and Tractor Clubs and loved working on his John Deere. Dale was co-owner of The Carriage Lane Equestrian Center in Ransomville for several years. He raised Morgan Horses, restored antique carts and carriages and participated in carriage competition. Dale enjoyed fishing, reading and coffee with his friends. Dale is survived by his wife, Martha Baumann Wilson; his daughter, Cynthia (Thomas) New of AK; one brother, Robert (Cheryl) Wilson of OR; two sisters, Nancy (Ronald) Allan of Luzerne, NY and Karen (Robert) Ayers of Lockport. Also survived by nieces, nephews and two great nieces.
