Obituary of Margaret Ann Pfohl

Margaret Ann “Meg” Pfohl Pfohl, Margaret Ann “Meg” of Lockport, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday April 22, 2008 in St. Petersburg, FL. Born on January 4, 1952 in Niagara Falls, she is the daughter of Mary Ellen Sullivan O’Rielly and the late P. Kevin O’Rielly. She and her husband, Carl E. “Chip” Pfohl, were married in 1971. She was a graduate of Bruno Cosmetology School in Toronto, was a member of St. John the Baptist R.C. Church and she volunteered at the Kenan Herb Garden. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, loved to garden and was a Sabres fan. Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by two daughters, Kelly (Wilford, Jr.) Whitney of W. Seneca and Sara Pfohl of Lockport, three grandchildren, Hailey Alexyss Whitney, Wilford Whitney, III and Rachel Margaret Rossow, two sisters, Kerrin (Raymond, Jr.) Roberts and Erin (Timothy) Minderler and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Monday 7-9 PM and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Lange Funeral Home, Inc. 186 East Ave. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered from St. John the Baptist R.C. Church on Wednesday at 10:00 AM. Interment in Cold Spring Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice House. You may post a message of sympathy at www.langefuneralhomeinc.com.
