Behe, Frieda of Lockport, NY passed away on Saturday November 24, 2012 in Absolut of Gasport. Born on March 11, 1916 in Buffalo, she was the daughter of Gustav and Eula Skinner Meyer. Frieda was a secretary employed by Niagara County in Surrogates Court for 21 years, retiring in 1979. She was a member of Women of the Moose, Senior Citizens and Emmanuel United Methodist Church and enjoyed playing cards and golfing. Wife of the late Charles T. Behe, she is survived by her three children, Joan (Roger) Miner, Charles A. (late Carol) Behe both of Lockport and Philip L. (Cheryl) Behe of NC; 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 9 great, great grandchildren. Predeceased by her dear friend, Willis Watkins. Friends may call on Thursday 4:00 8:00 PM at Lange Funeral Home, Inc., 186 East Ave., Lockport, NY where funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:00 AM. Interment in Acacia Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, Inc. or the Blind Association of WNY. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.langefuneralhomeinc.com
