Obituary of Mary Ellen O'Rielly

O’Rielly, Mary Ellen of Lockport, passed away on Wednesday May 2, 2012 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. Born on August 28, 1927 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of Francis and Gladys Wilson Sullivan. Mrs. O’Rielly was a Registered Nurse at Lockport Memorial Hospital for 25 years retiring in 1968. She was a member of St. John the Baptist R.C. Church and the Altar & Rosary Society and a volunteer at the Lockport Soup Kitchen. Mrs. O’Rielly was predeceased by her husband, P. Kevin O’Rielly and daughter, Margaret Ann Pfohl. She is survived by her daughters, Kerrin (Raymond, Jr.) Roberts and Erin (Timothy) Minderler, 9 grandchildren, Kelly Whitney, Sara Hoose, Megan Baehre, Kate Stuckey, Sean Roberts, Colin Roberts, Andrew Minderler, Carly Minderler and Luke Minderler, and 10 great grandchildren. Friends may call on Friday 4:00 – 8:00 PM at Lange Funeral Home, Inc., 186 East Ave., Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday at 11:30 AM from St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport. Interment will be private in Cold Spring Cemetery. In lieu of lowers, memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, Inc.
